Pens:
On my walk each morning I stop and stare at the same creek from two vantage points: on either side of the street that hides its presence. Of course, each view is always new, because the water, light, debris (natural or not), reflections, and wildlife are constantly changing.
On Monday morning the sky was performing a delicious array of cloud formations that radiated up from the creek and kept me watching. I moved from one side to the other, and that second view is what I posted in the Lens section. It’s one of five shots that I took of those memorable reflections.

Belinda, thanks so much for re-blogging my post, Sally
Very interesting cloud picture. One of my favourite things of all time are taking pictures of clouds – especially when taking a flying trip. Thank you very much.
Congratulations on your nomination!
Marialla, clouds are enticing subjects. Often it’s tricky to cast them properly. But I’m enamored by them and love it when an unusual formation appears. Thanks so much, Sally
Congratulations and thank you – email on its way to you.
Your welcome, Sally
Again I am so glad to nominate you and I am pleased you like my blog so much. I write this from my iPad and saved your image to enjoy
Joanna, once again thank you. You know from reading my blog, my photographs are under copyright. I appreciate that you want to re-visit the current image. As you did this time, just let me know if you are going to be using my photographs for your own enjoyment. Until next time, Sally
First of all; congratulations with the award. You really deserve to be nominated. Your blog is always full of inspiration. And thank you for passing the nomination on to me. With much humbleness I will take on the requirements of the award.
I guess that we can count ourselves in the “mutual admiration” society, because I feel the same about you and your blog. I hope that you will gain a few more admirers from the recognition, Sally
Spectacular picture!! I was scrolling down, and thought that it was snow, then a picture of the sky, and then….I love art that is “open,” that unsettles you and that then gives you a key – your own key – to interpret it. Marvelous.
And I took it with my iPhone 4s. Many thanks, Sally
Congratulations, Sally! Amazing shot!
Amy, thanks so much, Sally
